Sauk Centre woman injured in Kandiyohi County collision Tuesday

A Sauk Centre woman was injured in a collision in Kandiyohi County on Tuesday.

At about 8:47 a.m., Saraann Marie Carlson, age 51, was driving a 2013 Lincoln SUV southbound on Highway 71. At the intersection of County Road 40, Carlson collided on icy roads with a 1994 Ford Ranger pulling a trailer, and being driven by Travor Joseph Schlangen, age 20, of Belgrade.

Carlson was transported to Rice memorial Hospital in Willmar with non-life threatening injuries. The Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
