The Renville County HRA/EDA Board is announcing a second round of grants for Renville County businesses and nonprofits that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. All Renville County businesses and nonprofits that did not previously apply for a CARES Act grant in the first round earlier this fall may apply. In an effort to assist as many businesses and nonprofits as possible, the maximum grant amount for this second round are capped at $7,500 for businesses, and $5,000 for nonprofits.

Grants will be awarded on a first come – first served basis. Grant applications are available for download on the Renville County HRA/EDA website at www.renville.com. Once the application form has been completed and related documentation is compiled, applicants should schedule an appointment with the Renville County HRA/EDA to submit and review the application.

Applications will only be accepted at scheduled appointments. To schedule an appointment, please call (320) 523-3837. Appointments will be available starting with the following dates:

 October 28th – 3:00pm to 7:00pm

 October 30th – 10:00am to 1:00pm

 November 4th – 2:00pm to 4:30pm

Renville County HRA/EDA will be holding an online / telephone training and Q&A session on Thursday, October 29th at 2:00 PM on this grant program. This event will be recorded for those that may have missed it.
