A New London woman was injured in a Kandiyohi County collision Wednesday.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on Oct. 25, Rebecca Kay Reiter, age 60, of New London, and Mason Corey Rohloff, age 16, of Glenwood, were both driving on Highway 71. At about 5:08 p.m., near mile post 134, one vehicle was following the other too closely, resulting in a rear end crash.

Reiter was transported to the Rice Hospital emergency room with non-life threatening injuries.

Assisting on the scene were the New London EMS, Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, and State Park Service.
