COVID-19 News: Redwood Falls City Hall back open for business

Redwood Falls City Hall is now open to the public, with safety measures in place. Staff continues to be available via phone or email. Utility payments and other documents can be dropped off in the secure drop box located on the north side of City Hall at 333 South Washington Street. Utility payments can be paid online or call City Hall to make a payment over the phone (507) 616-7400.

If you plan to visit City Hall , city staff ask that you maintain social distancing of six feet between customers, and limit of one customer at the counter at a time. Face masks are not required; however, they are encouraged if available. The City of Redwood Falls will not be providing masks.

Customers experiencing fever, shortness of breath, or respiratory symptoms are asked to not visit and contact their healthcare provider as appropriate.
