The Redwood Area Education Foundation honored four new inductees to the Redwood Area Schools’ Hall of Fame Friday, Sept. 22.

In the “alumni” category was William “Billy” Greenslit (Morton, Class of 1957). Representing the Community category was Charles “Chuck” Lussenhop (RFHS Class of 1961). Linda Zick and Barb Sellevold, representing staff and faculty, were presented with plaques in recognition for their service to the community.

After the ceremony, guests and honorees were treated to a reception which included hors d’oeuvres and refreshments sponsored by Taher Foods.  Many of the hors d’oeuvres were prepared by the students of Kailee Heltemes’ Foods class, under the direction of Chef Brian Renz and Abby Grove.

The Hall of Fame is a recognition program designed to honor individuals who have made a significant impact on the Redwood Area Schools, surrounding communities and/or throughout the world.
