A Pennsylvania woman has been extradited to Renville County after felony charges of defrauding the county of over $136,000.

According to a statement from Renville County, in late 2021 and early 2022, the county was the victim of a misdirected payment scheme, a form of cybercrime. The result was $136,055.28 being fraudulently received by a business with an address in Delaware.

The defendant and owner of the Delaware business, Talia Moseley of Chester, Pennsylvania, is currently booked into the Renville County Jail after extradition from Las Vegas.  She has been charged with felony offenses of Receiving Stolen Property and Theft-by Swindle.
