Winter Storm Watch issued for KLGR-listening area this weekend

The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm watch for the entire KLGR-listening area from late Saturday night through Sunday afternoon.

Moderate to heavy snow is possible, with the heaviest snow expected on Sunday morning. Total accumulations could be up to eight inches of snow in Redwood, Brown, Watonwan, and Martin Counties. The National Weather Service specifies the watch is “along and south of a line from Redwood Falls to Red Wing, Minnesota, to Eau Claire, Wisconsin.”
