Cardinal Volleyball Starts 2021-22 Season With Sweep of Thunderhawks

The Redwood Valley Cardinal Volleyball team started the 2021-22 season with a 3-0 win over the Montevideo Thunderhawks Thursday night in Montevideo. The Cardinals won by scores of 27-25, 25-16 and 25-15 to improve to 1-0 on the season. The Thunderhawks fell to 0-1. The Player of the Match was Ella Bell. The Cardinals play in a tournament in St. James this weekend before travelling to Luverne on Tuesday.
