Community Cafe: Area health and city leaders give COVID-19 update for the Redwood Area
Life in southwestern Minnesota, and around the world, has been upended in the past few weeks because of the COVID-19 pandemic. But amid all the confusion, concern, and hysteria of this unprecedented situation, what are the facts? What, specifically, are the facts locally, in KLGR-land?
On Thursday KLGR News Director Joshua Dixon sat down with four area residents who have to deal with this unfolding crisis as it’s happening: Redwood Falls Mayor Tom Quackenbush, Dr. Cindy Gronau, of Carris Health – Redwood Family Medicine, Lidia Luepke, RN, who does Infection Control at Carris Health – Redwood, and Lauren Mellenthin, Emergency Preparedness Coordinator for Southwest Health and Human Services.
