Redwood County property taxes due May 15

Jean Price, Redwood County Auditor-Treasurer informs the public the first half property taxes on all real estate are due and payable Friday, May 15, 2020. 

Due to Redwood County offices being closed to the public, please make payment via mail, online or utilizing the drop box located on the north side of the Government Center at 403 South Mill Street, Redwood Falls.

  • Payments sent in by mail must be POSTMARKED no later than May 15, 2020.  Payments should be mailed to:

  • Payments made on line must be DATED no later than May 15, 2020.  

To make an on-line payment, visit our website at www.redwoodcounty-mn.us

and look for the Redwood County Tax Parcel Information link.

  • Payments made at the drop box must be RECEIVED no later than May 15, 2020.

 

Penalty will be imposed on late payments per schedule on the back of the tax statement.

If paying the first half only, please send in only the stub for the 1st half, and retain the 2nd half stub for the October 15, 2020, or the November 16, 2020, payment.

Redwood County has made available a fast, convenient, hassel-free way to pay your property tax with the Direct Payment Plan.  With this convenient program, you can have your property tax payment automatically deducted from your checking or savings account at your financial institution on a semi-annual or annual basis.  Please call our office at 507-637-4013 or visit our website to sign-up.
