The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals has denied an emergency motion to halt the use of dicamba this growing season.

The decision, released late Friday, means farmers and commercial applicators can—for the time being—continue to apply existing stocks of XtendiMax, Engenia and FeXapan, depending on their state’s application cutoff date.

Legal wrangling in the case is expected to continue next week.
