An admitted gang member was arrested in a Willmar drug bust Wednesday.

According to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, on June 14, the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force performed a narcotics search warrant at a residence in the 400 block of 13th Street NW in Willmar. A 40 year old Willmar man, a self-admitted member of the Latin King Gang, was arrested as part of a case involving methamphetamine trafficking.

Task force agents found about 6.5 ounces of meth, and 11 ounces of psychedelic mushrooms. They also found over three points of marijuana, two pounds of butane hash oil, marijuana edibles, a handgun, and a large amount of cash believed to be proceeds of drug sales.
