Two road construction projects affecting Highway 19 start Monday, June 22
Two road construction project affecting Highway 19 east of Redwood Falls will begin next Monday, both with detours.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation states that Highway 19 will be reduced to one lane from Fil-Mor Drive east of Morton to 370th Street west of Franklin, beginning Monday, June 22. Crews will be completing erosion control work through the week. A flagging operation will be in effect and motorists may encounter short delays.
Also, The Redwood County Highway Department announces that County Road 6 will be closed from Highway 19 to the Minnesota River beginning on Monday, June 22 for bituminous resurfacing. There will be a detour in place, so please plan accordingly.
