Two injured in collision in Yellow Medicine County Sunday
Two were injured when vehicles they were riding in collided in Yellow Medicine County Sunday.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on Dec. 18, Gary Ronald Vanoverbeke, age 58, of Marshall, was driving a Chevrolet Silverado westbound on Highway 68. Near 180th Street, his vehicle and another westbound vehicle, a Kia Soul driven by Sheridyn Marie Runs After, age 19, of Eagle Butte, South Dakota. collided on the icy road.
Vanoverbeke was not injured, but his passenger, Lori Lynn Vanoverbeke, age 56, of Marshall, was taken to the Canby Hospital with non-life threatening injuries, as was Sheridyn Runs After.
The Porter Fire Department, Canby Medical staff, and Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Office assisted at the scene.
