Three Redwood Falls males arrested for drugs and firearms charges Thursday (updated)
Three Redwood Falls males were arrested for drugs and firearms charges on Thursday.
On Thursday, October 22, at about 7:41 p.m., the Redwood Falls Police Department executed a search warrant at 1036 East Elm Street in the City of Redwood Falls. During the search, two firearms were recovered and illegal narcotics were seized. The search warrant was the result of an RFPD investigation involving multiple vehicle break–ins over the past several months.
Three males were arrested during the search: Corey William McFarlane, age 46, of Redwood Falls was charged with 5th Degree Drug Possession; Clarence David Kazena; age 20, of Redwood Falls was charged with Possession and Alteration of Firearms Serial Numbers, and one juvenile male, age 17, of Redwood Falls, was charged with Possession of Stolen Property.
Suspects were booked in on the charges listed, but charging documents have not been filed by the Redwood County Attorney as of Friday afternoon.
McFarlane and Kazena were held in the Redwood County Jail pending initial court appearance. The juvenile is being held at the Prairie Lakes Juvenile Detention Center in Willmar pending initial court appearance. Additional charges may be filed against all three suspects pending follow–up investigation.
