Rushmore residents injured in rollover near Windom Tuesday morning
Two Rushmore residents were injured when the car they were riding in collided with another vehicle and rolled over near Windom Tuesday morning.
According to the Minnesota Highway Patrol, on Feb. 27 Phyllis Lavonne Meyer, age 74, of Rushmore, was driving a 2022 Honda Pilot. At about 6:40 a.m., at the intersection of Highway 71 and County Road 60, Meyer’s vehicle collided with a westbound Cadillac SRX, driven by Glen David Francis, age 67, of Windom.
Meyer suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital in Windom, as was her passenger, Dennis Charles Meyer, age 79, of Rushmore.
Assisting on the scene were the Windom Police Department and Ambulance.
