River Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center no longer requires face masks
River Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center in Redwood Falls no longer requires visitors to wear face masks to protect against COVID during visits. In addition, visitors will not be required to complete any form of screening upon entry to the facility.
An announcement this week stated the decision is based on communication from the Centers of Disease Control, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, and Minnesota Department of Health.
The announcement stated that symptomatic visitors defer visits to loved ones until they are symptom free. River Valley Health and Rehabilitation Center can perform a COVID 19 test on visitors who wish it.
