A Redwood Falls man, Dustin Dean Gregg, age 34, was sentenced in Redwood County Court after twice selling methamphetamine to undercover drug task force agents.

According to court documents, on March 3, 2021, the Brown Lyon Redwood Renville Drug Task Force learned from an informant that he had made a deal to buy 14 grams of methamphetamine from Gregg. Later that day, the informant went to Gregg’s residence, outfitted with electronic recording equipment, and purchased the meth.

Five days later, on March 8, 2021, the informant purchased an additional seven grams of meth in collaboration with the task force.

Because Gregg already had a warrant for failing to appear at a hearing for a previous offense, a warrant was issued for his arrest.

On Dec. 11 Gregg was sentenced for felony level controlled substance sales to 90 months in the correctional facility in St. Cloud, stayed for five years, supervised probation for five years, 315 days local confinement, 400 hours community work service, and fines and fees of $1,085.
