Effective, Monday, January 4, 2021 at 8:00 a.m., City Hall is now open to the public with safety measures in place. Staff continues to be available via phone or email. Utility payments and other documents can be dropped off in the secure drop box located on the north side of City Hall at 333 South Washington Street.

Utility payments can be paid online or call City Hall to make a payment over the phone (507) 616-7400.

If you plan to visit City Hall the public is asked to: maintain social distancing of 6 feet between customers and limit one customer at the counter at a time. A

ll visitors to City Hall will be required to wear a face mask or face covering. Customers experiencing fever, shortness of breath, or respiratory symptoms are asked to not visit and contact their healthcare provider as appropriate.
