Redwood County Sheriff arrests suspect after 35-mile pursuit

A man is in custody after a  pursuit with police in Redwood County. Just after 4 a.m. Thursday, the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office attempted to stop a vehicle in Walnut Grove, but the driver fled at a high rate of speed.

A press release says a successful PIT maneuver was done after multiple agencies pursued the vehicle for 35 miles. The male driver was taken into custody on outstanding warrants.
