Montevideo man injured when cycle stuck deer Saturday
A Montevideo man was injured when his motorcycle struck a deer Saturday morning.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Donald Albert Sears, age 60, was riding his 2006 Harley-Davidson motorcycle on Highway 212 west of Granite Falls at about 3:34 a.m. when he struck a deer on the road. Sears was transported to the Granite Falls hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Assisting on the scene were the Granite Falls and Upper Sioux Police Departments, and the Granite Falls ambulance.
