A Marshall man was injured in a Redwood County collision on icy roads last week.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on Jan. 24, Benard Kirui, age 34, of Marshall, was driving a Pontiac Torrent eastbound on Highway 68, while Amber Lynn Lundberg, age 34, of Wabasso, was driving a Buick Enclave westbound. At about 5:37 p.m., the vehicles collided near the intersection with County Road 10.

Kirui was transported to the hospital in Marshall witn non-life threatening injuries.

Assisting on the scene were the Lucan Fire Department and First Responders, and the Wabasso Ambulance.
