Several hours later, at 11:46 a.m., a Ford pickup and trailer driven by Jarran Philip Neve, age 36, of Sioux Falls, was westbound on Highway 19. In Vesta Township, the wind pushed the pickup and trailer into the eastbound lane and into the eastbound ditch, where truck and trailer rolled over. Neve was treated on the scene with non-life threatening injuries.
