Paul Arthur Radunz (updated)

Paul Arthur Radunz, age 68, of Sacred Heart, died Wednesday, December 28, 2022, at the St. Cloud Hospital. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, Jan. 5, 2023, at 2:00 p.m.  at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Sacred Heart . The Rev. Michelle Kleene will officiate.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Thursday.  Arrangements are with Dirks-Blem Funeral Service.

Paul Arthur Radunz was born on July 5, 1954, in Granite Falls, Minnesota to Arthur and Hazel (Barber) Radunz. He grew up in Granite Falls and graduated from Granite Falls High School in 1972. Following high school, he worked for Mooney’s in Granite Falls and then at Minnesota Feed for 11 years. He was united in marriage to Beverley Walker on September 15, 1979, at the Granite Falls Lutheran Church. They made their home in Sacred Heart and Paul owned a Refuse/Recycling company serving the Granite Falls and Dawson area for many years, retiring in 2020. Paul had quite the sense of humor and enjoyed a good story and or prank.  He loved to play cards with his friends as well as doing crafts in his spare time. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed working in his garden.

He is survived by his wife Beverley, his two sisters: Jane (and Bill) Flanigan of Sioux Falls, SD, and Anna (and Kalleny) Larson of Renville; and other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister Carrie Radunz.
