Ordell (Soukup) Krambeer age 102, of Sleepy Eye, MN died on April 17, 2021, at Divine Providence Community Home in Sleepy Eye.
Visitation will be on Thursday for one hour prior to the service in the North Entrance of the church.
Funeral Service will be held at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Sleepy Eye, on Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00 am.
The clergy will be Father Mark Steffl.
Interment will be at the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Sleepy Eye.
Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.

Ordell was born on February 10, 1919 in Sleepy Eye, MN, the daughter of John and Anna (Haala) Soukup. She grew up on the family farm and attended country school south of Sleepy Eye. Ordell married Terrance “Terry” Krambeer on October 7, 1939 at St. Mary’s Church in Sleepy Eye. They built a house on 3rd Avenue where they raised their three sons. Ordell was a homemaker who loved to garden; she especially loved tending to her rose bushes. She also loved to sew and quilt, and she made numerous baby quilts for family and friends over the years.
She is survived by her sons John “Jack” Krambeer of Minneapolis, Robert & Mary Krambeer of Sleepy Eye; her grandsons Michael of Sleepy Eye, Matthew of Kosuge, Japan, and Joseph of Eagan, MN; and many nieces and nephews. Ordell was preceded in death by her parents; son Tom; husband Terry; sisters Alyce Krzmarzick, Marcella Kester, and Ann Marie West; and brothers Everett Soukup and Clifford Soukup.
