Kathy Darlin Feldman

Kathy Darlin Feldman, age 70, of Renville, died Tuesday, July 27, 2021, in her home surrounded by family after a courageous battle with cancer.  A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 2, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at First Lutheran Church in Renville.   The Rev. Dan Bowman will officiate.  Visitation will be on Monday from 1-2 p.m. at the church in Renville.  In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred in Kathy’s name to Renville County Walk in the Park, PO Box 63, Olivia, Minnesota.

Kathy Darlin Feldman was born on June 28, 1951, in Litchfield, Minnesota to Martin and Darlin (Leske) Kutzke.  She grew up and graduated from Cosmos High School in 1969.  She was united in marriage to Dave Feldman on May 26, 1973, at Peace Lutheran Church in Cosmos. They made their home on the farm north of Renville and recently moved into the city of Renville.  They were blessed with their son Craig in 1977 and their daughter Erin in 1986.  Kathy enjoyed her career in banking for 46 years at Citizens Alliance Bank.  She enjoyed spending time with her family-especially attending her grandchildren’s events and activities.  Kathy was an active member of First Lutheran Church in Renville and taught Sunday school for several years.  Her hobbies also included traveling, sewing, and quilting.

She is survived by her husband, Dave Feldman; her son, Craig (and Stacey) Feldman; her daughter, Erin (and Marc) Feldman; her grandchildren, Brock and Haley Feldman; her sister, Vickie Mead; her twin brother, Keith Kutzke; her brother, Jason Kutzke; her mother and father-in-law, Arne and Inez Underland; her sister and brother-in-law, Barb and Darwin Bohlsen; and nieces and nephew.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Martin Kutzke and Darlin Dahlk; and infant sister, Carolee Kutzke; and her niece, Beth (Bohlsen) Skelton.
