Jen Cleveland

Jen Cleveland age 45, of Sleepy Eye, MN died on March 6, 2021, at Mayo Clinic Health System, Rochester, MN.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, on Monday, March 15, 2021 at 11:00 am, with visitation at the church from 9-11am.

COVID-19 guidelines will be followed, including the use of masks, social distancing and limited capacity. The service will be available to view on the church facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/SleepyEyeLutheran, after the service.

The clergy will be Nathanael Mayhew.

Interment will take place at a late date.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye.

Jennifer “Jen” Judy (Falk) Cleveland was born in Sleepy Eye, MN to Judy and Gerald Falk on September 13, 1975. She grew up in Sleepy Eye and was a graduate of Sleepy Eye High School in 1994. Jen was united in marriage to Tim Cleveland on August 19, 2011. Jen enjoyed riding her motorcycle , four wheeling and camping but her greatest joy was spending time with her husband Tim and her 5 kids and grand daughter
Jen is survived by her husband, Tim Cleveland; children, Annaneicia Cleveland, Bienna Barnes, Wyatt Barnes, Lyrica Cleveland, Jazlyn Cleveland; mother, Judy Christensen; 1 granddaughter, Harmony Cleveland; siblings, Joe (Sue) Sellner, Rick ( Traci) Sellner, Stacy (Mark) Sellner, Michelle (Pat) Bohnen, Mitchell Sellner, along with many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
