Howard Ernest Weber

Howard E. Weber age 73, of Sanborn, MN died on August 5, 2024, at Valley View Manor in Lamberton, MN.

Visitation will be on Friday, August 9, 2024 from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church, Sanborn, MN and will continue on Saturday from 9:30 am until 11:00 am at church. A Memorial Service will be held at the Zion Lutheran Church on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at 11:00 am. The clergy will be Pastor Ethan Boese. Interment will be at the Zion Lutheran Cemetery in Sanborn, MN. Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield, MN. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.sturmfh.com.

Howard Ernest Weber was born on February 27, 1951, the son of Edwin and Edna (Koch) in Springfield, MN. He attended and later graduated from Sanborn High School. On July 15, 1972 he was united in marriage to Becky Jenniges in Wanda, MN. Howard lived in Sanborn his entire life. In his younger years, he played softball and golf. He loved his horses and enjoyed attending the annual Krogman Horse Sale every year. Howard worked for Halter Trucking for 40+ years. His favorite past times were hunting with his kids and grandkids and watching their sporting events.

Howard is survived by his children – Kelly (Nina), Kurt (Nikki), Laura (Brian), Todd (Shandra) and Erin (Aaron); grandchildren – Courtney (Brent), Haillee, Austin, Shae (Kayla), William, Donovin, Kinsley, Hudson, Kaitlyn, Gabe, Taylor (Kenna), Joshua, Logan, Braxton, Mason, Macy and Mack; great grandchildren – Journey, Aspyn, Oakleigh, Brixxon, Vivianna, Lillian, Emelisse and Weylen; brothers – Jim Weber, Jeff (Karen) Weber, Richard Weber; brothers and sisters-in-law, Barb Schaak, Pauline Jenniges, Janet Jenniges, Alan (Terri) Jenniges, Myron (Sue) Jenniges, Don Jenniges, Karri Jenniges, Rod Jenniges, Margaret Jenniges and Jeanette Jenniges; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Becky; great grandson, Maksin Weber; parents; sister, Janice Steffen; brothers-in-law, Robert Steffen, Steven Jenniges, Roger Jenniges, Mathias Jenniges, Mark Jenniges and Scott Jenniges; nephews, Andy Geffre and Nicholas Jenniges; and great niece, Hannah Warnock.
