Douglas “Zeb” Ibberson

Douglas “Zeb” Ibberson age 65, of Sleepy Eye, MN died on February 2, 2022, at his home.

Service will be held at the Sturm Funeral Home, Sleepy Eye Chapel, on Tuesday, February 8, 2022 at 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service.

The clergy will be Fr Mark Steffl. Interment will be at a later date.

Douglas “Zeb” Ibberson was born in Sleepy Eye, MN to Francis and Sharon (Weber) Ibberson on October 9, 1956. He grew up in Sleepy Eye and graduated from St. Mary’s Sleepy Eye High School. Following high school, he worked as an electrician and later as a truck driver. Zeb liked to stay busy working as a farmer and was a truck driver for Scheiffert Farms. In his free time, he loved to ride motorcycle, boating and fishing. Zeb never missed going to the annual Ibberson family camp-a-thon.

He is survived by his daughters, April (Adam) Fuchs, Amanda (Danny) Wills; siblings, Dean (Diane) Ibberson, Cindy (John) Mages, Shelly (Pete) Schumacher, Todd Ibberson, along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Sharon; sister, Linda Ibberson and sister-in-law, Heidi Ibberson.
