Debra Balsley, 65, of Morton died Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at Methodist Hospital in St. Louis Park, Minnesota. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2020 at Zion Lutheran Church in Morton with burial to follow in the Morton City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 22, 2020, from 5 until 8 p.m., at Nelson-Hillestad Funeral Home in Redwood Falls and will continue on Wednesday, from 10 until 11 a.m. at the church.
