Andrea “Andi” L. Kessler, age 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 25, 2023, at her home in Redwood Falls.  A Memorial Service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, February 4, 2023, at First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday, February 4, 2023, from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. A burial will be held at a later date in the Redwood Falls Cemetery.

Andrea L. Pettis, the daughter of Andrew and Opal (Lundquist) Pettis, was born on December 9, 1946, in New Ulm, MN. The family lived in New Ulm, North Redwood and later moved to Redwood Falls where she graduated from Redwood High School in 1964.  On March 10, 1967, she married Curtis Kessler at the EUB Church in Redwood Falls.  After their marriage they lived in rural Redwood Falls where they farmed and raised their two children.  She worked the Redwood County Court House, Williams Studio, Lee Fuhr Chiropractor, Coast To Coast, Flower Shop, Zytec, Artesyn and Daktronics in Redwood Falls until retiring in 2012.  They were members of the First United Methodist Church in Redwood Falls. Andi enjoyed gardening, sewing, soap making, baking, spinning, crocheting, and canning as well as spending her time with her family and friends.  She also helped start the Southwest Weavers Guild and Pheasants Forever.

She is survived by her husband, Curtis Kessler of Redwood Falls; two children, DonLee Kessler of Plymouth, MN and Kami Kessler of Tucson, AZ; three grandchildren, Ryan Kessler, Ben Kessler and Taylor Wray; and one brother. Proceeded in death by her parents; and one brother, Randy Pettis.
