Cardinals Finish Regular Season with Win over Lake Crystal Welcome Memorial

The Redwood Valley Cardinal Football team finished the regular season with a 40-20 win over Lake Crystal Welcome Memorial Wednesday night at Redwood Valley High School. The Cardinals finish the regular season at 6-2. The Knights finish the regular season at 2-6. The Cafe by Country Kitchen Player of the Game is Camron Enright, who threw for a 67 yard touchdown pass and rushed for a touchdown as well. The Cardinals took control of the game with a 22 point third quarter which included a Kickoff return touchdown on the opening play of the second half, a rushing touchdown by Maverick Goblirsch and a rushing touchdown by Camron Enright. The Cardinals host Sibley East in the first round of the Section 3AA Playoffs on Tuesday night at Redwood Valley High School.
