A woman and two girls were injured in a collision in Lyon County Wednesday.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, on May 24, Holli Joy Olson, age 47, of Cottonwood was driving a 2020 Ford Escape southbound on Highway 23.

At about 4:03 p.m., at the intersection with 380th Street, her vehicle collided with a northbound Dodge Ram being driven by Terrance Rodney Alm, age 35, of Cottonwood.

Olson suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to the hospital in Marshall along with her passengers, two girls ages 11 and 13.

Assisting on the scene were the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, and the Cottonwood Fire Department and Ambulance.
