The Spicer woman arrested by a SWAT team after allegedly firing a gun in her home Sunday was arraigned in Kandiyohi County District Court Tuesday. Kimberly Kohls, age 60, is charged with a felony count of Dangerous Discharge of a Firearm Within a Municipality.
Judge Jenna Fischer set unconditional bail for Kohls at $20,000, and allowed Kohl out of jail without bail if she agrees to remain law abiding, make all future court appearances, and keep in contact with her court-appointed attorney, Jay Liedman, and keep him informed of her current address.
A future court date for Kohls has not been listed.
