A Hudson, Wisconsin motorcyclist was killed in a collision in Yellow Medicine County on Friday.

At about 4:01 p.m. on Aug. 7, Steven Thomas Weber was riding his 2006 Harley Davidson motorcycle westbound on Highway 212. A 2012 Dodge Ram pickup driven by James Dean Stavne, age 27, of Granite Falls, pulled out onto Highway 212 from Yellow Medicine County Road 7 and collided with Weber’s motorcycle.

Weber was declared deceased at the scene from injuries sustained in the crash.

The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff’s Office, Granite Falls Police Department, Montevideo Police Department, and Montevideo ambulance assisted the Minnesota State Patrol on the scene.
