Two Willmar men were arrested after a drive-by shooting with no injuries Sunday afternoon.

According to the Willmar Police Department, on Oct. 1, at about 5:04 a.m., the Willmar Police Department responded to a weapons complaint of shots fired in the 400 block of 30th St NW. No one was injured. There was property damage caused by bullet strikes.
After investigation, suspects Rodolfo Turrubiates, age 46, and Alberto Turrubiates, age 45, both from Willmar, were arrested for Dangerous Weapons – Drive-by-Shooting. The arrest of each suspect was without incident.
This was an isolated incident and there is no further threat to the public.
The Willmar Police Department was assisted by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office and CentraCare Ambulance Services on standby.
