Two Willmar juveniles arrested after rolling over stolen vehicle

Two juveniles from Willmar were arrested after they rolled over a stolen vehicle Tuesday morning.

On Aug 17, at about 4:32 a.m., the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a single vehicle roll-over crash on 5th St NW near 240th Ave NW.

As the deputies headed to the scene, dispatch learned that the vehicle involved in the roll-over, a 2005 Chrysler Town & Country van, had been recently stolen in Willmar. Two juveniles from Willmar were identified as being the occupants of the stolen vehicle, and both were arrested. Charges are pending with the Kandiyohi County Attorney’s Office.

Assisting the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office are the Willmar Police Department, Lakes Area Rural Responders, New London Fire Department, New London Ambulance, and the Kandiyohi County Rescue Squad.
