Two teens injured in Kandiyohi County rollover Wednesday

Two teenaged boys were injured when their vehicle rolled over in Kandiyohi County Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office, on May 19th, at about 3:10 p.m., a one-vehicle rollover crash with injuries was reported in the 13000 Block of NW County Road 5. Deputies arrived to find that a vehicle traveling north on Co Rd 5 had left the road way, struck a field approach, and rolled over multiple times.
The driver, a 16 year old male from New London, was transported to Carris Hospital by ambulance with non-life threatening injuries. The passenger, a 13 year old male from Raymond, was also transported to Carris Hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
The crash is still under investigation by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.
Assisting at the scene were the New London Fire Department, New London Ambulance, Lakes Area 1st Responders, CentraCare Ambulance and the Kandiyohi County Rescue Squad.
