Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden is returning to Minnesota for a campaign visit in St. Paul on Friday. Biden will attend a drive-in event to encourage Minnesotans to vote.

President Trump will also be in the state Friday with a planned visit to Rochester. Trump has vowed to “flip” the state to red in a presidential election for the first time since 1972.

Trump has visited Minnesota several times in the lead-up to the election, with stops in Mankato, Bemidji and Duluth. Biden has visited once so far–in Hermantown.
