This is a bonding year in the state legislature, meaning that state senators and representatives are going to be considering funding for area infrastructure projects.

State Senator Gary Dahms, representing District 16 from his home base of Redwood Falls, told KLGR this week that railway lines, airports, and water treatment plants are all in line to be discussed in the KLGR-area over the next few months:

Dahms also added that public safety concerns are the question he is most asked about when he is going around District 16 meeting with constituents these days.
