St. James woman injured in Watonwan County rollover Saturday morning

A St. James woman was injured when her vehicle rolled over on icy roads in Watanwan County Saturday morning.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, at about 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 22, Lisa Marie Taylor, age 43, of St. James, was driving a Chevy Silverado westbound on Highway 60. Near Benzel Avenue, the vehicle lost control on icy roads, went into the ditch, and rolled. Taylor was taken to the Madelia hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The Madelia ambulance, Watonwan County Sheriff’s Office, and Madelia Police Department assisted at the scene.
