South Dakota man injured in rollover near Lake Lillian Tuesday

A South Dakota man was injured when his vehicle rolled over near Lake Lillian Tuesday evening.

On June 29, at about 7:46 p.m., the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a motor vehicle rollover on 45th Street SE, near the Renville County line. A 2008 Chevy Pickup driven by a South Dakota resident drove off the road and rolled over after hitting an embankment. The driver, the only occupant of the vehicle, sustained non-life threatening injuries, and was transported to the Olivia Hospital by the Lake Lillian ambulance.

The crash is currently under investigation by the Kandiyohi County Sheriff’s Office.

Assisting the Sheriff’s Office was the Blomkest First Responders, Lake Lillian Ambulance, Blomkest Fire Department, Renville County Sheriff’s Office and the CentraCare Ambulance Service.
