Sanborn teen rolls vehicle Wednesday afternoon; one injured

A Sanborn teenager rolled a vehicle near Laser Ave. Wednesday afternoon, injuring another teen.

The Redwood County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Oct. 30, at about 4:07 p.m., a 1992 Toyota Land Cruiser driven by Xander Wigton, age 16, of Sanborn rolled over on Laser Ave., about a half-mile from Sanborn. The Land Cruiser’s owner, Erik Posz was a passenger in the vehicle, and was not injured.

Another passenger, Zachary Connell, age 16, of Sanborn reported minor injuries. The Sheriff’s Office reports the Land Cruiser was totaled.
