Redwood Falls Police Department responds to three drug overdose calls Tuesday

On Tuesday evening, the Redwood Falls Police Department responded to three drug overdose calls.

On a Facebook page post Tuesday evening, the department reminded the public that, according to the Good Samaritan Overdose Prevention statute, anyone who acts in good faith is immune from criminal prosecution for the act, and is not liable for any civil damages resulting from the act.
