The Redwood County Highway Department announced Monday afternoon that the CSAH 101 Bridge over the Minnesota River, just west of North Redwood, will open to all traffic at 6 p.m. Monday evening.

The detour will be removed, and the posted speed limit will be 40 miles per hour as contractor crews finish remaining work on the project.  Remaining work includes bridge guardrail adjustments, erosion control, and work on the DNR Public Water Landing.  In order to complete portions of this work, the contractor will reduce the roadway and bridge to one lane at various times.
