Redwood Area Chamber hosts virtual rally Thursday afternoon

Redwood area businesses are hurting due to the COVID-19 shut-downs. But that doesn’t mean you can’t support your favorite small businesses anyway, until they reopen.

This coming Thursday, May 14, The Redwood Area Chamber and Tourism are teaming up with KLGR, the City of Redwood Falls, and Redwood Valley Technical Solutions for a virtual event: Rally the Redwood Area.

The organizers describe it as a sort of telethon that lets you buy gift certificates and gift cards from area businesses you suggest. The even is being held over the Redwood Area Chamber’s Facebook page and website. All you need to do is call in on Thursday, between 4:30 and 6:30 in the afternoon, and go from there.
