Pollination Celebration at Pipestone National Monument
Pipestone, MN: On Saturday, June 22nd, the monument will celebrate Pollinator Week with educational activities, Ranger-led plant walks, citizen science programs, and more!
Activities will be offered from 11 am to 3:30 pm.
A Natural Resource’s Park Ranger will lead pollinator plant walks along the trail, and you can become a citizen scientist by helping us search for monarch caterpillars.
Kids can color their own butterflies, learn about monarch butterfly migration, and earn a free pollinator patch.
Pollinators are critical to the health and functionality of the ecosystems the National Park Service protects. Learn more at https://www.nps.gov/subjects/pollinators.
