The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) invites southwestern Minnesota residents to provide feedback on the recommendations to improve freight mobility and safety in south central Minnesota for the District 7 Freight Plan.

Your input will help MnDOT finalize the recommendations for the District 7 Freight Plan which identifies strategies to improve the transportation system for the movement of goods in the region. The final recommendations will impact others using the transportation system, like motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists.

An online public meeting is scheduled Thursday, March 10, at 5:00 p.m. to provide an opportunity for the public to learn about the freight plan recommendations, ask questions, and provide feedback. Register for the online meeting by visiting mndot.gov/ofrw/freight/districtfreightplan/d7.html.

Feedback on the District 7 Freight Plan will be collected March 10 to March 22. Review the recommendations and complete a survey to share your ideas by visiting District7FreightPlan.com.
