Milroy man sentenced for felony burglary

A Milroy man, Terry John Fedde, age 38, was sentenced in Redwood County Court for stealing from a residence.

According to court documents, on Dec. 4, 2021, the Redwood County Sheriff’s Office was called to a report of a burglary at a home in Milroy. The victim stated Fedde had been living in the home and been evicted the previous week, on Nov. 30. When the victim surveyed the home afterward, he noticed the stove, cooktop, microwave, light fixtures, a medicine cabinet, washer, and dryer were missing.

A witness stated that on Dec. 1 and 2, she had seen Fedde in the residence loading items into a trailer.

On March 20, 2023, Terry John Fedde was convicted of felony burglary in the third degree to 30 months in the correctional facility in St. Cloud.
