Following reports of a lock down at Redwood Area Schools, Superintendent Becky Cselovszki released the following statement regarding the incident:

The Redwood Area Schools followed up on a medical concern today just before noon.  It did involve ambulances being called to the school. During the situation, students were safe in classes in a “soft” lockdown. This message is to relay that there was no danger to the student population as a whole and it has been resolved at this time.
